Ty and Rudy from Cherokee Plumbing flushed our on-demand heater and helped us with upgrading an aging shower system. They provide great advice on how to move forward and we'll have them back to install our new components when they arrive.

I had a great experience with Cherokee Plumbing. Will and Steven did an excellent job from start to finish. They took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain what was going on (multiple slab leaks), answered all my questions and made sure I understood what needed to be done with a few options/ pricing. They were able to get everything I needed taken care of as quickly as possible while still doing a great job and paying attention to the details. I appreciate how professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward they were throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Cherokee Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done especially those two.

I called for service and was told it would be the next morning, so I made the appt. Within an hour I received a call letting me know they would be to my home in 10 minutes! Ty and Rudy went right to work and the issue corrected within 20 min. So thankful for great service and company. Thank you again, for the quick response and the professionalism the employees presented. If your home is having an issue, this company is the best!

On 7/15/26, my hot water tank went out. I called Cherokee plumbing and they were out at my house the next morning by 9 am. The two plumbers that showed up were Rudy and Steven. Both young men were polite, professional and did a great job communicating what they were going to do. They explained the entire process to me, answered any questions that I had and told me what my options were on the new hot water heater. They replaced the unit within two hours. Once they were done, they cleaned up the area, and I was very happy with the new installation. Thank you Rudy, Steven and Cherokee plumbing for your professionalism.

Ty and Rudy did a fantastic job installing our sink and disposal, shower head, faucet and plug. They found our hot and cold were switched. So we gave them permission to open the wall behind the shower where they could correct the problem–plus we'll now have access to the shower water lines from there. They are kind and courteous and… they cleaned up after themselves so nicely. This company was highly recommended to us for reliable and trustworthy work. We're so glad we used this company and will continue to do so in the future.

Rudy and Ty were early for the appointment. After showing the 3 items needing repair, they thoroughly explained their process. As expected, there were issues with the old plumbling. They were able to fix the issues. They left the areas spotless. The charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. They came recommended by a friend and I can say their good reputation is intact with me. Thanks Rudy & Ty for your professionalism.

Rudy and Ty did a great job of repairing our shower faucet. Estimated one hour of repair time and cost. Met that estimate. Showed me photos of inside of faucet that had build up and photo after cleaning faucet out. The gentlemen were neat and explained the repair process completely before starting. Great job fellas!! I recommend Rudy and Ty for any repairs around the home!!

Had a tankless water heater installed when upstairs tank leaked. Also, replaced two toilets that were possibly from 1970s. Rudy provided good communication and was very thorough. Rudy, Will and the others did awesome job. Thanks. I would recommend Cherokee Plumbing ,to family, and friends. (& I did!).
